We arrive in Taylor...and the dogs are happy!
After 5 days on the road (traveling at night will slow you down) to get from Half Moon Bay, California to Taylor, Texas -- we arrived. The dogs approved of the backyard.
Last Dog Show for us in the Bay Area
This show was in May 2007 - Leo, Henry and Ruby are not even in these pictures. From left to right, the humans are Miles, David and Terri.

Leo in San Rafael 2005
This is the face of Regulus Stargazer Galileo who goes by the name of Leo. This picture was taken in San Rafael while Leo rested in the shade of a table by the Agility Competition. When a man walked up with a fancy camera - he offered to take this very nice photo and send me a copy. Leo was contemplating all the running and jumping that was going on while completely enjoying the shade.

Howling good time had by all
These lovelies are Diane Jacobsen's dogs -- from the Calico Ridge Kennel.
Mary on the Regulus Bench
Ok, this is me and the dogs. I can tell you that this was one of the quiet moments. We we usually had hordes of people around us and the dogs.
The gang is all here...
This is a bunch of Regulus Ridgebacks. You can see that these dogs are just hanging out - either waiting to be shown or having just been in the show ring. People in this picture include )from l-r)Steve Timmerman, Cynthia Kelly (Regulus Ridgebacks), Carol and Bill Rosenthal. The dogs from l-r are Leo, Brio, Vida, Jabu and Georgie.
Oh no, the crowd is coming
Georgie and Jabu peak out from behind a friendly human named Bill as the crowd grows at the Golden Gate Kennel show at the Cow Palace in San Francisco in 2007.
Pictures of Ridgebacks
This blog is about the Ridgeback and all its splendor. All pictures that I and fellow Ridgeback lovers take. I encourage you to participate. Mostly it will have dog show pictures and then the other "normal antics" of the beloved Rhodesian Ridgeback.
